I spent the better part of the day reflecting on our life as a homeschooling family.
We have been at it now for 8 years and are still going strong and learning things everyday.
It's amazing how many new things we as an adult learn right along side our Children.
Watching her learn something new or spend hours on end delving into a subject to learn more about it makes my heart swell with pride. You can't do that with a public education there's no time. Everything is mapped out and better be done whereas as homeschooler's we can take an hour or a month on a subject. It's great !
Many people ask me how I can spend 24/7 with my child and the answer is because I love her. The most simple and honest answer I can give. I have never regretted our decision and plan to continue on until our Daughter is a Doctor LOL.
