We have had a great time doing Dinosaur projects. We have made a Dinosaur skeleton model and are beginning work on doing some fossils out of plaster. When they are complete we will be posting them on our photo site ( see link ).
Chandler has a Valentine's Day party with other Homeschoolers on the 10th of February and she is more than a little excited. It's alot of fun when these kids that are all homeschooled get together because they have so much in common and don't have any of the peer pressure of the public school. It's going to be a fun day.
Homeschooling is going great We have no set schedule but we seem to be getting it all done. Chandler has found a chat pal that she spends endless hours sending cyber gifts to and talking to on the computer. Her name is Claire and Chandler has a great time with her. This lady is like another Grandma to her and I couldn't be happier. They have even talked on the phone.
Now before all of you gasp, I have spoken with Claire and her Husband Dave on the phone and they are not the typical strangers you hear about on the Internet. These are wonderful people and I feel priviledged to have made them our friends.
The next time I write it will probably be all about the Valentine's day party so stay tuned.
