Patting Myself on the Back

I am so proud of myself that I'm going to have a sore arm from patting myself on the back !

I have successfully scheduled our homeschooling for July and August and I'm working on September. All my curriculum has been sorted and chosen and we're off and running again.

The typical school year doesn't start again until September but, we're gearing up to start 3rd grade come July 2nd after the holiday.

We are delving further into science this year and are going to learn about life, earth and plants. Our herb garden continues to thrive and we're going to start doing some fancy cooking pretty soon in order to use them. The other subjects we are starting this year are Canadian Geography and History.

As I said before we are taking the rest of June off, or at least Chandler and her Dad are I'm busy seeing how many months of scheduling I can get done before we start up again. I'll let you know.
