Well, as I said a couple days ago our kids got an amplifier as a present for my birthday. That updated the old equipment we've been living with. My husband got me a DVD player for Mother's Day last year and we will be upgrading to an HD converter Sunday. We've had an HDTV for a year now and my husband was too cheap to get a box. Well, I think the amplifier was the thing that made him think it was time to move into the modern age. I also think it's because he can watch the Stanley Cup Finals in HD and surround sound ! Sunday is going to be hectic around here. We have to go to a recital at church at 10:00 for our youngest, the HD guy comes between 12 & 2 and all the kids are supposed to be showing up sometime during the day. We are going to have a revolving door for a day. I hope I survive !
